Job Description
RNs are needed for a Home Health position in the St. Louis, MOarea. The ideal candidate would have experience in assessing and chart observations of the patients condition at each visit, completing evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs, administering Physician-prescribed medication, dress or redressing wounds and assessing the healing progress, keeping the patient comfortable through palliative care and provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies. -Experience working with Home Care Home Base
