Job Description
An employer is looking for a Nurse Aide Evaluator. These individuals will be responsible for proctoring written exams and evaluating skills of students testing to become a Home Care Aide. This person will be completing the evaluations and uploading test scores into the database for exam rooms of up to 8 students. This individual must be willing to travel to other sites by car when needed. This position requires all candidates to hold their RN license or LPN license. Potential candidates should be comfortable utilizing a computer to access weblinks, sign into virtual meetings, and input data including test scores. This individual should be aware they are responsible for monitoring and proctoring exams and are not responsible for providing any direction or teaching to students during the exams.
Must-Haves:
- RN
- 2 years of experience in professional role in the medical field utilizing RN or LPN
- Minimum 1 year of LTC experience
- Basic computer skills, ability to use teams/Webex, sign into database and access weblinks to log information, with instruction can upload candidates test results accurately
- Willingness to travel by car up to 30-40 minutes to other sites if needed. (Anything over 30 miles each way will be reimbursed or 30 minutes if they hit traffic)
