Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Multiple CA Locations
Job Type: Full-Time
Locations: Anaheim, CA | Modesto, CA | Rancho Mirage, CA
Join a dynamic, patient-centered healthcare team dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners for full-time opportunities across multiple California locations in primary care, specialty clinics, and urgent care settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical exams and medical histories
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Prescribe treatments and medications per state guidelines
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)
- Educate patients and families on health management and prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize care
- Maintain compliant and timely documentation
- Engage in quality improvement and stay up to date on clinical best practices
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited NP program
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in California or Arizona
- National certification (AANP or ANCC)
- BLS/ACLS certification (based on specialty or employer requirement)
Compensation
$115,000 – $135,000 base salary
Plus RVU and quality bonuses
