Job Description
We are partnering with a school district in High Desert, CA to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role. This opportunity includes providing direct therapy services, contributing to IEP teams, and supporting students with communication challenges across grade levels.
Position Overview:

Schedule: Full-time | 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success

Provide direct therapy services and conduct assessments as needed

Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines

Support an inclusive learning environment that meets diverse communication needs
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active CA SLP license (or ability to obtain)

CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered with strong supervision available

School-based experience is a plus but not required
