Job Overview:
- Shift Options:
- First 6:00am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday- MUST be open to OT on Saturdays
- Second: 4:30pm to 3:00 am Monday-Friday MUST be open to OT on Sarturdays
- Weekend: 5:00am to 5:00pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Weekend: 6:00pm to 6:00am Friday, Saturday Sunday
- Pay rate: $15 – $16.50 (based on shift/experience) – pay increase within the first year
- Manufacturing facility (non-climate controlled)
- Work on assembly line: assembling metal pieces to order specifications.
- Utilize hand and power tools for assembly.
- Manufacture products and components according to product specifications, drawings, BOMs, work orders, and run schedules.
Responsibilities
- Use power drills, tightening bolts, and screws.
- Work on different parts of the assembly line.
- Assemble metal pieces and windows on garage doors.
- Stand on feet for the entire shift.
- Lift up to 50lbs as needed.
- Maintain attention to detail and ensure quality of work.
Essential Skills
- 2 years of experience with hand and power tools.
- Experience working on an assembly line for at least 2 years.
- Proficiency in using a power drill.
- Ability to stand and lift 50lbs as needed.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of assembly line experience.
- Familiarity with mechanical components and assembly.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 – $18.00/hr.
