You’ll join RAC as a Mobile Vehicle Technician in the SMR division, delivering planned repairs and servicing directly to members’ vehicles. You’ll work from a pre-booked schedule with a RAC van, tools and equipment provided, focusing on quality work without emergency callouts.
Expect a 40-hour week (8:30–17:00 core) with one in four Saturdays, and overtime/bonuses that can raise earnings beyond base pay. You’ll operate across local clusters with safety and member care at the forefront.
