RAC is seeking a Mobile Vehicle Technician for its SMR division in the Reading cluster. This role covers pre-booked, on‑the‑road servicing with a clear digital schedule and no reactive callouts, focusing on quality repairs and preventive maintenance for members.
A base salary of £40,170 with overall earning potential up to £52,000 is offered. You’ll work a 40‑hour week with core hours 8:30–17:00 and some Saturdays; overtime and bonuses provide additional earning opportunities.
