Balance Point Wellness is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC). We are a community-based holistic mental health and wellness center that provides counseling/psychotherapy, psychiatry, adventure therapy, and wellness services to individuals and families in Maryland. We are located in Baltimore, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have Telehealth division in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, and a school-based program in Baltimore County and Harford County Schools.
As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for talented staff members to join our team at our Harford County office. Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking qualified part-time or full-time licensed therapists (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, LCPAT, LCADC, or Psychologist) to provide mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults.
We offer W2 Salaried, W2 Fee for Services, and 1099 positions. Fee for Service and 1099 positions have no cap on how much you can make!
Therapist Job Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned caseload (Provide ongoing therapy)
- Complete psychosocial assessments
- Complete contact notes for completed sessions- All documentation is completed in a cloud-based EHR
- Development of person-centered treatment plans when necessary
