RAC is seeking a Customer Care Expert for a 6-month fixed term contract based at our Bradley Stoke (Bristol) office. You will own member enquiries, complaints and cancellation requests, delivering fair, empathetic outcomes across phone, email, letter and social media channels.
You’ll investigate concerns, provide timely resolutions, and support retention while maintaining accurate records and first-time right case closure.
