Job Description
We are seeking dynamic Medical Scribes to join our clinical team, supporting our dedicated physician in providing top-tier patient care. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced providers, contribute to quality patient care, and grow within a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have experience documenting physician visits in our EMR system, assisting with medical instruments as requested, conducting patient work-ups following doctor visits, and effectively communicating with patients about procedures and treatments. This role requires flexibility as you will be scheduled based on patient volume.
Responsibilities
- Document physician’s verbalized exam findings and treatment recommendations.
- Assist during exams, providing necessary materials and emergency support.
- Observe patient-physician interactions and provide clarification or education when needed.
- Maintain proper documentation of patient charts and follow-up appointments.
- Support clinic operations by assisting with clinical duties as needed.
- Monitor and maintain exam room supplies.
- Facilitate physician communication and schedule adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Associate degree in a related field
- 6+ months of medical scribe experience within a clinic, remote scribing experience will not be considered
- Hands on patient care experience is strongly preferred
- Bilingual (Nice to have)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $23.00/hr.
