About the Role
Are you a licensed Occupational Therapist whos passionate about helping students build confidence, independence, and essential life skillswithout the daily mute? Were looking for a dedicated OT to join our virtual team, supporting K12 students across Massachusetts through innovative, high-impact teletherapy. Youll play a vital role in shaping student success by providing tailored therapy, collaborating closely with educators and families, and leveraging a secure, easy-to-use digital platform designed specifically for virtual learning and support.
What Youll Do

Deliver engaging, personalized teletherapy sessions that align with each students IEP goals

Develop and adapt treatment plans to meet a wide range of motor, sensory, and functional needs

Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure a holistic support system

Participate in IEP meetings, offering valuable clinical insight and guidance on student progress

Track and report student outes clearly and accurately, using data to adjust your strategies as needed

Ensure all documentation and services ply with Massachusetts state guidelines and school-based therapy standards
What You Bring

Degree in Occupational Therapy (Masters)

Active Massachusetts OT license

At least two years of experience in school-based settings (strongly preferred)

Solid understanding of IEPs, goal setting, and progress monitoring
