About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team in Kennebunkport, Maine. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of waterfront construction projects, including the building of docks, piers, and retaining walls. You will be part of a collaborative 3–4 person crew, contributing to high-quality craftsmanship in a dynamic outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the construction of docks, piers, and retaining walls using hand and power tools.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently in a marine construction setting.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of general construction or labor experience preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical skills required.
- Experience with power tools, concrete work, or marine construction is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $21.00/hr.
