Job Description
Manager, Digital Channels and Web Marketing Job Summary:
Sparks Group and a well-known financial services company have partnered to find a hands-on Manager, Digital Channels and Web Marketing who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. This will be a hybrid role requiring to work onsite in New York, NY 2-3 days per week. In this role, you'll both lead the digital vision and roll up your sleeves to make it happen by planning, creating, managing, and optimizing digital experiences that drive engagement, leads, and business growth. This is not a purely strategic role, you'll be in the work, building and updating pages, managing projects, optimizing performance, and working cross-functionally to bring ideas to life across web and digital channels.
Manager, Digital Channels and Web Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute website strategies to support key campaigns, events, and lead generation efforts.
- Work directly in platforms like Sitecore to create and update pages, implement enhancements, and ensure content is optimized for UX and performance.
- Lead technical SEO strategy while actively managing page-level optimization, tagging, and testing.
- Drive and execute A/B tests, UX updates, and experimentation to improve site performance and user journeys.
- Support business with regular updates to the website and intranet pages as needed
- Source images and create design for updates that are in line with brand
- Manage end-to-end web projects, from planning and stakeholder input to buildout and deployment across multiple platforms and tools.
- Collaborate closely with design, development, and content teams to ensure marketing objectives are met with speed and excellence.
- Perform content audits, update site structure, and maintain site governance and hygiene.
Manager, Digital Channels and Web Marketing Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or related field.
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience, including direct experience with web strategy, hands-on page builds, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Sitecore, WordPress, Salesforce, Google Analytics, YouTube, and more.
- Ability to write compelling, SEO-friendly web copy.
- Working knowledge of HTML, UX best practices, and photo/video editing tools.

This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range: Salary $110,000.00 to $150,000.00
