Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and machinery. You will ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment through both preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, contributing to the continuous improvement of our production processes.

• 3+ years of Industrial Maintenance Experience
• Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooting and Repair skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair automated equipment and PLCs
• Experience in Building and Grounds Maintenance
• Welding and Fabrication skills
• Basic mechanic set hand tools up to 1"

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $59862.00 – $82368.00/yr.

– Medical, Dental and Vision options: available through United Healthcare
o Medical: 3 plans ($900, $1850, $3300 deductibles)
o Dental: 3 plans (Basic Plus, Enhanced, and Premier)
o Vision: 2 plans (Standard and Enhanced)

 Less than 5 years – 2 weeks
 5 years – 3 weeks
 5 years or more – 4 weeks
o Holiday – 12 paid holidays (7 fixed and 5 floating)
