Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all equipment, facilities, and systems are maintained in optimal working condition while prioritizing safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily maintenance activities for a team of technicians.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and production systems (as applicable).

Maintain a preventive maintenance program to reduce equipment downtime.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and support emergency repairs.

Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and initiate purchase orders when necessary.

Train and mentor maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, equipment logs, and service reports.

Collaborate with other departments for special projects, installations, and upgrades.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.

3-5 years of maintenance experience with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of building systems, machinery, electrical, and mechanical repairs.

Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.

Must be able to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls as needed.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, crawling, and working in confined spaces.

Ability to work in various environmental conditions (hot, cold, noisy, etc.).
