We’re hiring a Machine Operator to join our growing team! If you have mechanical skills, enjoy working with tools, and want a stable schedule with long weekends, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in manufacturing.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operateHook Forming machines
- Review work orders and verify blueprints for accuracy
- Ensure correct materials and tooling are in place
- Perform quality checks using precision tools
- Make minor machine adjustments as needed
- Maintain tooling inventory at your machine center
- Follow 5S standards to keep your area clean and organized
- Support other production tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to read part prints and perform basic troubleshooting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with micrometers, calipers, and blueprint reading is a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr.
