A machine operator in a production area will manage materials, communicate with supervisors, perform preventative maintenance, and strive for continuous improvement on the assigned work center. Machine operating experience is required as well as mechanical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Manage materials in the production area.
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Ensure good housekeeping of all work centers to maintain quality and production efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve processes.
- Learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and work under pressure with precision.

Pay and Benefits
