Job Description
Full-Time Gynecologic Oncologist Opportunity – Louisiana

Practice Setting
- Team includes a Medical Director, one full-time and two part-time gynecologic oncologists, plus dedicated NP and PA support
- Multidisciplinary cancer center with medical and radiation oncologists, geneticists, palliative care, and tumor board collaboration
- Access to three da Vinci Xi robotic systems and a specialized surgical support team including residents, techs, and a first-assist PA
- Active role in clinical education through a university-affiliated OB-GYN residency program
- Modern outpatient clinic with private physician offices
Schedule
- Monday-Friday schedule with clinic hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- 2-3 days in clinic and 1-2 days in OR
- Case mix includes ~60% oncology and ~40% general gynecology, with patient ages 15+
- Light 1:4 call schedule shared with team
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary includes productivity bonuses
- Quality bonus up to 5% of base salary, annual APP supervision bonus, and generous sign-on up to $100,000
- Relocation assistance up to $20,000 and student loan support through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
- PTO, Extended Leave, and 6 days CME with a $5,000 annual stipend
- Full medical, dental, vision benefits, and retirement plans including 403(b) with employer match and optional 457(b)
