Job Description
Position Summary:
A school district in Lafayette, IN is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students with speech and language needs across a K12 population. This on-site role focuses on providing therapy services, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with educators and families to promote communication development and academic growth.
Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate students for speech, language, fluency, and voice impairments

Develop individualized goals and treatment plans as part of each students IEP

Deliver direct therapy services in individual and grp settings

Monitor student progress and maintain thorgh documentation

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Communicate with families and teachers regarding strategies for classroom carryover

Ensure all services are aligned with state and federal guidelines
Required Credentials:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current Indiana SLP license issued by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)

CCC-SLP preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
