About The Role

- A competitive base salary of £45,370 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with on-target earnings of up to £57,000.
- A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
- 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30am to 5pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

As part of our Service, Maintenance and Repair division, you'll take your technical skills directly to customers' homes and workplaces as an RAC Mobile Mechanic - Carrying out scheduled servicing, diagnostics and repairs at set customer appointments. No workshop walls, no repetitive routines. Just proper, hands-on mechanical work with the time, tools and trust to do things right.
From day one, you'll have everything you need to succeed: your own RAC van, fuel card, uniform, essential tools and full diagnostic kit provided. No CV required when you apply – it's easier than ever to start your journey with us.
