Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and litigation support to two attorneys, managing daily tasks and ensuring timely completion of assignments.
• Prepare legal document templates and assist in drafting discovery materials and responses.
• Coordinate and schedule court reporters and manage court filings through e-Filing systems.
• Organize and maintain case files using iManage or other document management systems.
• Handle calendar management, including scheduling appointments, deadlines, and court dates.
• Assist with dictation and transcription tasks as needed.
• Occasionally provide front desk coverage during staff absences or lunch breaks.• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Secretary, preferably with labor and employment law exposure.
• Proficiency in e-Filing systems and court filing procedures.
• Strong skills in calendar management and scheduling.
• Familiarity with document management systems such as iManage.
• Ability to draft legal documents, including discovery materials and responses.
