Job Description
Base Salary Range: $175,000 – $275,000 DOE, plus Bonus and Incentives
Location: Downtown Los Angeles | Hybrid Schedule after 60-90 days | Full-Time
This is an opportunity with a well-regarded and growing law firm based in Downtown Los Angeles, specializing in Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation. We’re seeking a Litigation Attorney who is passionate about client advocacy and ready to take on complex, high-value cases with impact.

What You'll Be Doing:
Represent injured clients in personal injury and workers' compensation matters from intake through trial or settlement
Evaluate and litigate high-value cases, working to maximize results for our clients
Conduct depositions, court appearances, mediations, and all aspects of case strategy
Partner with a seasoned legal team in building strong, evidence-based cases
Keep clients informed and empowered through clear, consistent communication
What We're Looking For:
Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
2+ years of litigation experience; personal injury and/or workers’ comp strongly preferred
Experience handling or evaluating high-value cases is a plus
Strong deposition, courtroom, and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
