Job Description
Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) passionate about caring for seniors and making a real difference? Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Bonus: $10,000
New Wages: $27.58 – $30.58 per hour based on experience
Shift Differential: $5 per hour starting at 7pm
Location: 701 First St., Princeton, MN 55371 Greater MN
Shifts Available:
- Evenings, 3:00pm to 11:00pm (Part-Time)
- Nights (NOCS), 7:00pm to 7:00am (Full-Time)
- Days, 7:00am to 7:00pm (Full-Time)
Licensed Practical Nurse Duties:
- Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
- Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
- Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
- Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
- Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
- Documents care using electronic charting systems.
- Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
