Requirements: 5+ years of engineering experience with construction projects – office buildings, retail projects, housing, commercial, educational, and institutional design / Strong ability with mechanical system design – HVAC/Plumbing / Familiarity with Title 24 regulations
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing mechanical systems, including plumbing and HVAC, ensuring compliance with Title 24 regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to work collaboratively with other engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop plumbing and HVAC systems for various client projects.
- Ensure all designs comply with Title 24 and other relevant regulations.
- Conduct system evaluations and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate mechanical systems into building designs.
- Prepare detailed technical documents, including calculations and specifications.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with construction projects
- Licensed Engineer (Desirable)
- Proven experience in plumbing system design and HVAC systems.
