Responsibilities:
β’ Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and legal documents with a high degree of accuracy.
β’ Manage and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure all records are current and accessible.
β’ Assist with applying for and renewing licenses across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
β’ Monitor and update license terms in databases to maintain accurate records.
β’ Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calendars to support efficient workflow.
β’ Handle billing functions and maintain client relations to ensure seamless operations.
β’ Utilize case management software and tools such as Adobe Acrobat, CompuLaw, and Aderant to streamline processes.
β’ Organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
β’ Support consumer electronics-related administrative duties within the organization.β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
