We are looking for dedicated a Laundry Production Associate to join our team inColumbia Missouri 65201with $16/hr. pay for a 5-months contract - temp role. In this role, you will pick up dry linen and feeds an item into various dry fold machines. Must be physically capable to lift heavy carts weighing from 500 to 800 lbs., can work to non-climate environment and amenable working 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11pm with overtime and Saturdays if needed. – APPLY NOW!


Shift Time: 6 am-4:30 pm, 10 hr. days. 4 days/wk. Potential for OT if needed.

Every candidate will need to be available Monday-Saturday for four 10-hour shifts as we cannot guarantee a new hire specific day off. Days off will be determined after hired and dependent on what our staffing needs are.


Responsibilities:

  • Picks up dry linen and feeds an item into various dry fold machines.
  • Follows standard operating procedures for each machine.
  • Inspects each piece of linen for stains, tears, holes, and wears.
  • Must meet quality and production standards.

Requirements:

  • Physically capable to lift heavy carts weighing from 500 to 800 lbs. in wheels.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Be able to operate computer/printer
  • Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending and twisting
  • Be able to stand on feet up to 10 hours a day
  • Cell Phone policy Phones are NOT allowed on the production floor. This will lead to termination. Temps can use their phones after hours or on their 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
