A market‑competitive base salary of £41,600 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance), and a realistic on‑target earnings of £66,000. Flexible demand‑led shifts, averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime. Work in the Barnet cluster, covering areas such as Barnet, Finchley, Totteridge, Whetstone, Hendon, and Golders Green – start and finish each day at home. Your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and diagnostic kit are all provided.
Responsibilities- Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
- Handle a wide range of tasks – from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault‑finding – and provide quick, confident solutions.
- Maintain outstanding member service and reassurance during roadside incidents.
- Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of post‑qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
- Customer‑focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong base pay – £41,600 (inclusive of LWA) and realistic OTE of £66,000.
