About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Product Designer to join our team on a permanent basis.

This is a great role for someone early in their design career who wants to grow into product design while working on real digital products.

You might be a visual or UI designer stepping into product design, or a junior product designer with strong visual foundations. You will bring solid design experience and be keen to develop your skills across user journeys, interactions, and problem solving.

You care about creating designs that feel clear, friendly, and helpful. You think beyond individual screens, considering user flows and how people move through a product. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and senior designers, with regular feedback and support to help you grow.

Experience with UI components is important, including consistency, states, interaction patterns, and responsive behaviour. You do not need years of product experience. Thoughtful design work, curiosity, and a willingness to learn matter most.

You should be comfortable exploring ideas through sketches, flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Confidence with Figma is essential, including creating your own components or layouts.

We’re a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from our Bradley Stoke office and 3 days a week at home.

We offer more than a job. We offer a career with purpose.
