IT Support Technician (Hiring Immediately)

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Field Support Technician for one of our clients in the education management space. This role will be onsite in Colorado Springs, CO and include travel to multiple sites to help support hardware and software issues on a weekly basis. This role will be Monday through Friday and fully onsite. Will be working during school hours (7:00am-3:30pm).

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting one main school in the Colorado Springs, CO area. You will install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software not limited to projectors, smart boards, scanners, and printers. We are looking for someone who has strong customer services skills as well as hands on IT support as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. You will be responsible for documentation as well, creating and maintaining detailed records and notes relating to projects, hardware, and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

– 3+ years of experience supporting Windows environments (m365 ideally)

– Experience supporting hardware and software issues (ideally in a school environment)

– Good customer service skills
