Job Description
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee the implementation of onsite inventory processes to ensure smooth operations.
β’ Perform accounting tasks related to purchase orders (PO) and accounts payable (AP).
β’ Track inventory levels and shipments to maintain accurate records.
β’ Collaborate with team members to address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
β’ Utilize Oracle systems to manage inventory and streamline processes.
β’ Generate reports and charts to monitor inventory trends and performance.
β’ Handle clerical duties such as documentation and data entry to support inventory operations.
β’ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during inventory management.
β’ Leverage ERP systems to optimize inventory workflows and resolve issues.β’ Prior experience in warehouse inventory management is essential.
β’ Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
β’ Proficiency in Oracle systems and other ERP software.
β’ Familiarity with purchase order creation and accounts payable processes.
β’ Demonstrated ability to track shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
β’ Skilled in creating charts, graphs, and reports for inventory analysis.
β’ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and clerical abilities.
β’ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
