ICU Registered Nurse (RN) Contract Opportunity
Location: High Point, NC
Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (12-hour Days, 36 hours/week)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 7/21/2025
End Date: 10/17/2025
Position Summary:
Join a leading community-based hospital in High Point, NC, offering advanced care in a supportive and team-driven ICU environment. This 13-week contract offers a chance to work with critically ill patients, including those requiring ventilator support, CRRT, and advanced cardiac monitoring.

20-bed ICU, average daily census of 18

RN-to-patient ratio: 1:2 (ICU); 1:1 for high acuity patients; 1:31:4 for intermediate step-down

Technology: EPIC EMR, Baxter IV pumps, Omnicell, Philips Intellivue monitors, NxStage CRRT, Artic Sun, Hemosphere/FloTrac
Patient Types Include:

Acute respiratory failure

Severe sepsis, DKA, post-cardiac arrest

Neuro cases with ICP/EVD monitoring

Post-op general, vascular, thoracic surgery
Required Experience & Certifications:

1+ year of recent ICU experience
