Inside Sales Representative –  Steel Coil Sales – Up to $70k/annually + commissions DOE!

This position is a direct hire opportunity!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Inside Sales Representative –  Steel Coil Sales for our steel manufacturing client to start immediately at up to $70k/annually + commissions DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

We’re seeking a proactive, self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to expand our end-user customer base. If you have a knack for sales—regardless of the industry—you'll find a rewarding opportunity here. You'll manage your own accounts and oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to delivery.

  • Identify and develop new end-user accounts
  • Manage and grow your own book of business
  • Handle quoting, order entry (using PS Data), and work orders
  • Coordinate with our shipping department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Communicate order updates and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with operations and purchasing teams
  • Monitor pricing, market trends, and lead times
  • Achieve monthly sales and activity goals

Location: Bridgeview, IL

Schedule/Shift Details: First shift

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales in a manufacturing environment (2-3 years) required
  • Steel industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Proactive and organized with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume phone and email outreach
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with PS Data is advantageous
