RAC are recruiting for Inbound Sales & Service Executives to join our energetic team in our new office in The Victoria, Salford Quays. This role is working Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm, No Weekends! - Bank Holidays off!
As an Inbound Sales Executive you will work with new small to medium business (SME) customers to try and understand their requirements and advise them of the most suitable breakdown products we could offer them to fulfil their needs. You will also be maintaining and growing relationships we have with existing customers.
We have a guaranteed Base Salary of £26,736.80 with an OTE up to £34,000! What you’ll do:
- Deliver exceptional service to our members through up-to-date regulatory compliance and knowledge ensuring we have the member at the heart of everything we do.
- Effectively engage with businesses who are thinking of joining, renewing, or leaving us, reviewing their needs and reasons for leaving.
- Following up on prospect data, inbound leads and marketing campaigns to build up and nurture a long-term pipeline of sales opportunities and maintaining a good level of conversation rate.
- Utilise data and CRM/database to record accurate details about clients and prospect data.
- Ledger management, using specialised tools to identify businesses with outstanding debt, offering alternative payment methods whilst successfully collecting invoices that are overdue to support business targets.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in sales and customer service inbound/outbound.
- Work well towards KPI’s under pressure.
- Outgoing and self-motivated.
- Empathetic and able to build rapport with new and existing SME customers.
- Preferably be used to an account management approach to drive pipeline lead generation.
