Are you skilled at delivering outstanding customer sales experiences? Do you have experience in a sales or contact centre environment? Join our New Business team and become our next Customer Expert. As a New Business Customer Advisor operating in our call centre, you'll be taking calls from potential new members who are looking to join RAC for their breakdown cover (No Cold Calling!). You’ll be an expert on the features and benefits of RAC Breakdown Cover, and use your sales through service skills to quickly and effectively get them onboard. This is a busy and challenging role; you'll bring your resilience, enthusiasm and energy, and be right at home within our Bristol team.
Base salary of £26,736 for a 35-hour working week, with an OTE of up to £34,000! This is a full-time, permanent position with a work schedule: Mon-Fri 08:00-19:00, Sat 09:00-17:00 — no Sundays!

- Can demonstrate the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced sales contact centre, and work well under pressure to meet KPIs
- Ideally have previous experience working within a sales focussed environment and can demonstrate excellent customer service
- Are driven, motivated and enthusiastic to go above and beyond set targets

- Providing great customer service through keeping accurate records up to date and handling customer service responsibilities
- Recording member data and requests in an accurate manner using RAC systems
