Job Description
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate School Psychologist to join our team for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time position serving K12 students in a hybrid and/or onsite capacity. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting student success, promoting equity, and working collaboratively with educators and families.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify student needs

Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning and mental health

Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for eligibility and service remendations

Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed

Support development of positive behavior plans and school-wide initiatives

Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting
Qualifications:

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field

Valid Virginia School Psychologist Licensure (required)

Experience with K12 populations preferred

Strong munication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with special education processes and legal requirements
