Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate School Psychologist to join our team for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time position serving K12 students in a hybrid and/or onsite capacity. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting student success, promoting equity, and working collaboratively with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify student needs

  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning and mental health

  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for eligibility and service remendations

  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed

  • Support development of positive behavior plans and school-wide initiatives

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field

  • Valid Virginia School Psychologist Licensure (required)

  • Experience with K12 populations preferred

  • Strong munication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with special education processes and legal requirements

Schedule and Location:

  • Employment is for the duration of the school year, following the academic calendar
