RAC is seeking a Legal Expenses Insurance Claims Handler to join its Legal Services team. You will set up, assess and manage LEI claims from start to finish, handling related admin and ensuring compliance within regulatory frameworks.
The role is delivered on a hybrid model (three days from home, two days at the Bradley Stoke office). You’ll work with customers, solicitors and stakeholders, driving efficient claims outcomes and service excellence.
