Job Details
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll handle a variety of HVAC maintenance and repair responsibilities across a wide range of commercial properties. From cooling towers to rooftop units, this is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems across multiple buildings
- Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues quickly and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with property teams to ensure prompt and professional service
- Stay up to date on the latest HVAC technologies with company-provided training
- Maintain accurate records and work reports
- Keep your workspace and company vehicle organized and stocked
- Use your expertise to deliver first-time fixes that impress tenants and clients
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC experience in commercial or multifamily settings
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- HVAC Certification
- Strong knowledge of all types of HVAC systems, including air-cooled, water-cooled, VAV, chilled/hot water, and building automation systems
- Skilled at reading schematics, blueprints, and using diagnostic tools
- Ability to think critically and act independently under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with welding, soldering, and running copper/PVC piping
