Job Description
5+ years HVAC or related field experience
* EPA Certification
* Graduate from accredited Technical School of HVAC
* Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, components, controls, and codes.
* Ability to lift, carry, or move heavy objects or equipment.
* Familiar with controls, computer literate, building automation systems, thermodynamics, chilled water, hot water based.
Job Description
* Conducts comprehensive maintenance, including repairs, adjustments, and installations for HVAC systems and related controls.
* Manages and updates computerized energy management systems for efficient operation of HVAC, chiller, and boiler systems.
* Ensures proper functioning of temperature controls, motor drives, actuators, and fire control systems through regular calibration and maintenance.
* Provides upkeep for refrigeration units, air conditioning, freezers, and dehumidifiers.
* Oversees maintenance for heating systems, air handlers, ductwork, pumps, and other HVAC components.
* Services drinking water coolers and balances airflow in air handling systems.
* Carries out preventive maintenance for heating systems, VAV boxes, air conditioners, boilers, and other related equipment.
* Adheres to EPA regulations while handling refrigerants and maintains detailed service records.
* Works collaboratively with maintenance teams for prompt issue resolution.
* Keeps abreast of industry standards, attends training for skill enhancement, and ensures regulatory compliance.
* Partners with external contractors for specialized tasks.
* Documents all HVAC maintenance work and attends mandatory safety and training sessions.
* Delivers exceptional customer service to all clients
