Responsibilities:
β’ Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of HR and the broader People Team.
β’ Assist in coordinating HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, maintaining compliance documentation, and tracking key metrics.
β’ Facilitate communication and workflow between HR, recruiting, and operational teams to enhance efficiency.
β’ Oversee the management of confidential employee records and support benefits administration and reporting tasks.
β’ Help with time-sensitive projects and ensure critical business continuity efforts are completed effectively.
β’ Monitor and maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures to support organizational standards.
