Job Description
Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes

Administer employee benefits and serve as the point of contact for HR-related inquiries

Handle HR compliance tasks such as unemployment claims, wage garnishments, and 401(k) processing

Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within ADP Workforce Now

Support management and staff with HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Qualifications/Background Profile:

2–4 years of relevant HR experience

Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now with the ability to operate independently

Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits, and compliance procedures

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Minimum of an Associate's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
