Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will handle the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to attract top talent. This position is based in Woburn, Massachusetts, with flexibility for remote work if the right candidate is identified.

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Utilize recruitment tools, such as Smart Recruiters and other applicant tracking systems, to manage candidate pipelines.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and present a curated slate of candidates with relevant experience to hiring managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, acting as a consultant to guide them through the hiring process.
• Partner with various departments to recruit for roles in IT, commercial, quality, regulatory, and clinical fields.
• Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in life sciences, to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the hiring process.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment processes and strategies.• At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a preference for candidates with life sciences industry experience.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, such as Smart Recruiters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR systems like ADP Workforce Now and CRM tools.
• Experience conducting background checks and managing onboarding processes.
• A consulting mindset, with a willingness to learn about the business and contribute strategically to hiring decisions.
