We are looking for Board-Certified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with at least one year of hospitalist experience to join our dedicated team just south of Boston.

About the Role:

Join a hospital with a closed ICU staffed by intensivists around the clock, providing robust critical care support. As a valued team member, you will handle patient rounds, admissions, discharges, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds. We strive for efficient, localized patient care through geographic rounding when feasible.

As part of our hospitalist team, you'll play a crucial role in rapid response and code scenarios until the intensivist team steps in. All team members maintain active certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

We offer both day and night shifts, with full-time, part-time, and PRN options. Full-time schedules follow a 7 days on/7 days off rotation, with shifts from 7 am to 7 pm for days and 7 pm to 7 am for nights.
