Job Description
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join a small rehabilitation hospital in Flagstaff, AZ. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential inpatient pharmacy services in a close-knit healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inpatient staffing duties, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medication therapy to patients.
- Hold the role of Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), as this is the only full-time pharmacist position at the hospital. You will work alongside PRN pharmacists to manage the pharmacy operations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outes and ensure pliance with all regulatory standards.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday day shifts
- Participation in weekend rotation as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds an active Pharmacist license in Arizona.
- Has hospital experience, with a strong understanding of inpatient pharmacy operations.
- Ability to hold the role of Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) and manage the responsibilities that e with it.
