Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated Home Health RN to provide exceptional patient care in Jeffersonville, IN. This role requires expertise in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home patient assessments and create individualized care plans
- Administer skilled nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and medication management
- Ensure accurate and timely OASIS documentation using Homecare Homebase
- Educate patients and families on disease management and home care instructions
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Indiana
- Minimum of 2 years of recent home health experience
- Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase required
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
