Job Description
Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time home health contract in Metairie, LA.

Position Details:
- Location: Metairie, LA, and surrounding areas
- Company: Sunbelt Staffing, partnered with a Nationwide Home Health Agency
- Contract Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Contract Length: 13-week contract, with possibility of extension
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with one weekend per month on-call
- Productivity: 25 per week, 4-5 patients per day
- Mileage: .48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using the Oasis documentation system.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Utilize Homecare Homebase for accurate and timely documentation.
- Provide skilled nursing care and education to patients and their families in their homes.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Manage patient caseload and ensure timely visits.
- Participate in on-call rotation, including one weekend per month.
Qualifications:
- Active LouisianaRegistered Nurse (RN) License
- Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS Certification
- At least 1 year of agency home health experience required in a field setting
- Proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase is required
- Oasis Certified strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation
