Join our dynamic team as a Heavy Equipment Operator, working in the oil/gas, environmental, and commercial landscape construction industries. You will have the opportunity to operate a variety of equipment, including excavators, mini excavators, skid steers, dozers, rollers, and crawler/carriers. We are a year-round company, ensuring consistent work throughout the year, including potential 7-day work weeks and 12-hour shifts. Travel will be limited to the tristate area.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Demonstrate the ability to operate different types of equipment.
- Work extended hours and overtime as needed, with a potential schedule of 6-7 days a week.
- Safely operate trucks and equipment, including loading and unloading before and after use.
- Perform daily maintenance tasks and report any need for maintenance or repair.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Essential Skills
- Experience in equipment operation is required.
- 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment such as dozers and excavators.
- Experience in pipeline work.
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle a physically demanding workload.
- Ability to operate equipment with GPS capabilities.
- Ability to use a transit.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- CDL is a plus, but not required.
- A valid driver's license is necessary.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $29.00/hr.
