Competitive salary and benefits:
- Base salary of £38,625 (up to £55,000 with on-target earnings)
- Guaranteed overtime option increasing base to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities
- 40 hours per week, core hours 8:00–4:30, 1 in 4 Saturdays; available Monday–Saturday 8am–8pm for full-time

As an RAC Mobile Mechanic in the Service, Maintenance and Repair division, you’ll bring expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers, wherever they are. From driveways to office car parks, you’ll deliver first‑class service without the constraints of a traditional garage. We’ll equip you for success from day one – your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and diagnostic kit all provided.
