We have a new opportunity for a HSEQ Team Coordinator to join our Health, Safety, Environment & Quality team on a permanent basis. You will support our HSEQ team with a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks, including managing documentation and electronic records to ensure compliance. Organising work schedules, maintaining and updating HSEQ databases and supporting effective communication across the HSEQ function and the wider organisation.
We are looking for a highly organised individual with a strong administrative background, excellent time management and interpersonal skills with drive and ambition. This is a hybrid role working from our Bradley Stoke offices.
What you will do…
- Manage HSEQ team documentation, electronic filing systems, and records to ensure statutory requirements are met.
- Support the management of work schedules and organise internal teams as necessary.
- Assist with effective communication across the team and the wider RAC.
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders within the HSEQ team.
- Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and meeting materials to ensure the team deliver to time and quality.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and contact lists.
- Collate and analyse key HSEQ data and produce timely reports, suggesting improvements to ways of working as appropriate.
What you will need…
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, along with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Ability to resolve issues and challenges quickly and effectively.
- High level of accuracy in data entry, document handling, and scheduling.
- Ability to adapt to fast paced, changing tasks, technologies, and environments.
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
