🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare construction and demolition sites for action
  • Safely handle hazardous waste materials in accordance with federal safety standards
  • Assist with excavation, decontamination, and debris removal
  • Operate hand and power tools like a pro
  • Manage traffic and signal equipment operators onsite
  • Set up and break down project sites efficiently
  • Support trenching, pipework, and concrete operations
  • Load, unload, and distribute vital tools and materials
  • Adapt to evolving job site needs with a safety-first mindset

What You’ll Need

  • OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification (or 8-hour refresher within the past year)
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in environmental, construction, or utility work
  • Familiarity with dirt work, underground utilities, heavy equipment, and water trucks
  • Power tool confidence and safe handling practices
  • Clean DMV record (2 points or less)
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Northern California
  • Valid federal ID (REAL ID, TWIC, or Passport)

The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $28.00/hr.
