🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare construction and demolition sites for action
- Safely handle hazardous waste materials in accordance with federal safety standards
- Assist with excavation, decontamination, and debris removal
- Operate hand and power tools like a pro
- Manage traffic and signal equipment operators onsite
- Set up and break down project sites efficiently
- Support trenching, pipework, and concrete operations
- Load, unload, and distribute vital tools and materials
- Adapt to evolving job site needs with a safety-first mindset
What You’ll Need
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification (or 8-hour refresher within the past year)
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in environmental, construction, or utility work
- Familiarity with dirt work, underground utilities, heavy equipment, and water trucks
- Power tool confidence and safe handling practices
- Clean DMV record (2 points or less)
- Willingness to travel frequently across Northern California
- Valid federal ID (REAL ID, TWIC, or Passport)

The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $28.00/hr.
