Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Worker to join our team. Additional duties include lawn mowing, trimming, pruning, grounds clean-up, ice and snow removal, and other projects as needed. The position requires working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Maintain property curb appeal
- Handle resident service requests
- Perform on-call duties
- Mow lawns, trim, prune, and clean up grounds

Work Environment
